"I noticed termites and got a different pest company in who
didn't know what they were doing and barricaded the termites in. As a result we had termites everywhere. They were in the house and in the extension. We were beside ourselves!

Then I got Rowan out. He found the nest straight away and treated the termites at the nest. He didn't spray here and there, nor did he drill up the floor like the other guys.

He knows exactly what he is doing and he takes the time to explain it all to you. He even got me to do a survey of the neighbourhood so that he knew the termite pattern in the area.

And he is always up with the latest technical equipment. Last time he came, he had a new machine similar to a video camera to detect activity.

I wouldn't have anyone other than him. He is wonderful. And now that we are rid of termites he keeps on top of it all for me with an annual check up.
